Privacy and authority to share
Do not include diagnoses, clinical records, therapy notes, or identifiable third-party information unless you have authority to share it. Keep the note to practical support context, what has been tried, and what outcome would help next.
If this involves someone under 15, or a child, learner, participant, school, disability, NDIS, sensitive, or health-adjacent context, only share information you are authorised to provide. For children under 13, use parent or guardian authority unless an approved organisation deployment says otherwise.
Philomathia is designed so the learner or participant can control what is shared, while supporters can bring relevant context for a careful follow-up conversation.
Read the Privacy Policy, Child and Participant Data Schedule, and Data Processing Addendum.
