Good to know

What are credits?

Credits pay for the things Phil makes for you, like a custom journey, a roleplay or a voice call. Companion chat, daily practice and assessments are included. You will see credits written as cr, so 60 cr is 60 credits. Phil always shows the cost before you spend any.

Can I use Phil for free?

Yes. Free includes unlimited companion chat, daily practice, assessments, Steady Space and Brain Games, and you can support up to 2 people. Your 100 starting credits cover your first creation: a roleplay, a journey, an activity pack or a Steady Space reset.

Can my family share a plan?

On Pro and Pro Max you can give the people you support a monthly share of your credits. A family on Pro could give 200 credits each to four people and keep 200 for themselves.

Is companion chat really unlimited?

Yes. Your first 50 companion messages in any 24 hours are included on every plan. If you keep going, 1 cr covers the next 4 messages.

What does "people you can support" mean?

It is how many people you support from your Support space, such as your kids, a client or someone you care for. You can create roleplays, journeys and resets for them on your own credits.

Who is Pro Max for?

People who support a lot of others: an occupational therapist using Phil with clients, a teacher with a class, a coach or a carer. It doubles the credits in Pro so you can create for each person, and lets you support up to 50 people.

What is in Phil for Business?

From Plus, you can map roles into skills and levels, draft position descriptions and job ads, use the skills library and export your work. Pro and Pro Max add the team skills view and career paths. Each role you map uses 30 cr. To give a whole organisation access, with admins, talk to us.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Credits on paid plans refresh at the start of each billing month, and everything that does not need credits keeps working. If you regularly need more, a higher plan gives you more each month.

Why is Phil invite-only?

Phil is in beta. Request access and we will set you up with the plan that fits. Some experiences, like companions and games, can be explored without an account.
