What are credits?
Credits pay for the things Phil makes for you, like a custom journey or roleplay, and for voice calls. Companion chat, daily practice and assessments do not use credits. You will see credits written as cr, so 60 cr is 60 credits. Phil shows the cost before you spend any.
Can I use Phil for free?
Yes. Free includes 10 companion messages a day, 100+ historical companions, 16 brain games, 77 family activities, 32 printable routine charts, Steady Space, daily practice and assessments, and you can support up to 2 people. Your 100 starting credits cover your first creation: a roleplay, a journey, an activity pack or a Steady Space reset.
Can I use Phil to support my child?
Yes. Every plan lets you support other people from your Support space, such as your child, a family member or a client. Free covers 2 people, Starter 5, Plus 10, Pro 20 and Pro Max 50. You make roleplays, journeys and resets for them on your own credits.
Can my family share a plan?
Credit sharing is not available. Each account has its own credits. You can use your credits to create practice for the people you support.
How much companion chat is included?
Free includes 10 companion messages a day, counting messages you send. The allowance resets at your local midnight. Paid plans include companion chat with a daily fair-use limit. Chat does not use credits.
Who is Pro Max for?
People who support a lot of others, such as an occupational therapist with clients, a teacher with a class, a coach or a carer. It has the most credits of any plan, 2,500 each billing month, so you can create for each person, and you can support up to 50 people.
What is in Phil for Business?
From Plus, you can map roles into skills and levels, draft position descriptions and job ads, use the skills library and export your work. Pro and Pro Max add the team skills view and career paths. Each role you map uses 30 cr. For a group, talk to us about what is available today.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Credits on paid plans refresh at the start of each billing month, and everything that does not need credits keeps working. If you often need more, a higher plan gives you more each month.
Why is Phil invite-only?
Phil is in beta. Join the waitlist and we will email you when a place opens, then set you up with the plan that fits. Some experiences, like companions and games, can be explored without an account.
